The NY Times is running an occasional series on "good bad" movies, with Patrick Swayze's Road House considered by those writing the series as the "best bad" movie in their opinions.
Movie 43 is freaking hilarious, and I don't understand all the hate for it. It's a dumb, fun, gross-out comedy that packs in way more laughs than many other examples of the genre.

Except Road House isn’t a movie. It’s cinema, and over the heads of many people in its genius.

I stand with you on the Scary Movie III rating.
Boondock Saints belongs somewhere on the list.
I could never agree to define The last Airbender as a bad movie.
My all time favorite so bad it's good movie is Attack of the Killer Tomatoes🍅🤣 Oh, Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a close second.
Great article, but you are a sucker for confining your current movie viewing to movies with a high Metacritic score and cultural relevance:)
